Field of application

Ebotan BAE is a masked self-basifying agent for chrome tannage. The application of this product leads to a slow and gentle increase of the pH during the basification.

Properties

• low solubility which provides a slow pH value increase
• uniform color, smooth and tight grain
  
• resulting wetblue has a high shrinkage temperature
  

Application

After addition of the product, we recommend a running time of at least 8 hours for uniform uptake of the chrome and the completion of basification.

Remark

Ebotan BAE is a technical product and variations in colour can happen. The properties for application are not touched by this.

Storage at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C.

up to 12 months in the original sealed packing.
