      Application

Neopalin E conc. achieves the best degreasing effect without any float. Bated pelts are degreased after fleshing. Pickled pelts are warmed up prior to degreasing in a brine of 35 °C. The pelts are drummed for 60-90 minutes without float with necessary quantities. The dissolved and emulsified fat is removed by scouring in 200 % - 300 % water (35 °C). In order to avoid acid swelling, pickled pelts have to be washed with brine.
