Field of application

Auxiliary for soaking, liming, deliming and bating.

Properties

• in the liming it effects a quick and even dispersion of the liming chemicals, due to its excellent dispersing and fat-dissolving properties
  
• improves the removal and levelling of surplus natural fat
  
• in the deliming and bating it effects lime-dissolving and grain-degreasing
• if the float is not changed after the soaking, it can be added already to the soaking bath
• pelts with an outstanding clean grain are achieved, which can be processed to evenly dyed leather
  

Application

Neopalin PF is added in the lime together with the liming chemicals. An optimum efficiency is obtained as well in the so-called drum-painting as in conventional or sulfite-free liming systems. In the deliming/bating it should be added at the very beginning of the process.

Remark

Neopalin PF is a technical product and variations in colour and viscosity can happen. The properties for application are not touched by this.

Storage temperature

Storage at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C.

Shelf life

Up to 12 months in the original sealed packing.
