Field of application
Used in the deliming process to remove the lime and adjust the pH for the bating process.
Properties
Application
Purgamin ANF is added undissolved. It may be used in normal floats but also in so-called dry deliming. Applied quantities depend on the thickness and the lime content of the pelts and are between 0.5 % and 2.0 %.
Nitrogen content of the waste water after deliming with ammonium sulphate and ammonium sulphate containing bating agent: 3.000 - 5.000 mg/l. Nitrogen content of the waste water after deliming with Purgamin ANF and bating with Purgazym 50: 100 - 300 mg/l
Remark
Purgamin ANF is a technical product and variations in colour can happen. The properties for application are not touched by this.
Storage temperature
Storage at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C.

Up to 12 months in the original sealed packing.
