Improvement of the reductive cleaning of dyeing machines and dyeing apparatuses.

Properties

• contains an active substance combination of specific emulsifiers and dispersants
  
• removes effectively deposits of dyestuffs and oligomers from dyeing machines
  
• applicable at low and high temperatures (90 - 130 °C)
  
• compatible with anionic/nonionic products
• by its high foaming power, cleaning liquor reaches all places, also in partially floated dyeing machines
  

Application

For the effective removal of deposits and oligomers from dyeing machines and dyeing apparatuses the following quantities are recommended.

Addition to cleaning liquor:

Eboclean VA 54
Caustic soda solution (50 %)
Sodium hydrosulfite (dithionite)

1.0 - 3.0 g/l
5.0 - 7.0 g/l
5.0 - 7.0 g/l
Quantities depend on the degree of deposition

Remark

Eboclean VA 54 is a technical product and variations in colour and viscosity can happen. The properties for application are not touched by this.

Storage temperature

Storage at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C.

Shelf life

Up to 12 months in the original sealed packing.
