Dilution

in warm and cold water in any concentration, can be added undiluted

Field of application

Auxiliary for soaking, liming, deliming, bating and rewetting of wet-blue.

 

Properties

  • emulsifies very efficiently the natural fat and disperses scud, dirt and the removed proteins
  • emulsions and dispersions are stable and no precipitation is to be expected
  • effects an even distribution of the liming chemicals
  • cleans the grain surface and removes the surplus of fat when applied during the first wash of wet-blues before neutralization
  • full and even color shades are achieved

       

      Application

      Neopalin T 106 is added to the respective processing floats undiluted.

      Remark

      Neopalin T 106 is a technical product and variations in colour and viscosity can happen. The properties for application are not touched by this.

      Storage temperature

      Storage at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C.

      Shelf life

      Up to 12 months in the original sealed packing.
