Dilution

combinations with other fatliquors have to be stirred thoroughly before dilution, dilution method: 1 : 3 with water of 50 °C – 60 °C

Field of application

Hydrophobic fatliquor for softening of shoe softy and garment leather. Ebenin HE is suitable for shoe and upholstery waterproof leathers and can also be used for washable glove leathers.

    Application

    Ebenin HE is applied during neutralization and in main fatliquoring. The best hydrophobic effect is achieved by a final fixation with chrome or aluminium tannins. It can be blended with different combinations of Licrols to obtain special properties like pull up or tight and elastic grain.

    Remark

    Ebenin HE is a technical emulsion and variations in colour and viscosity can happen. The properties for application are not touched by this.

    Storage temperature

    Storage at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C.

    Shelf life

    Up to 6 months in the original sealed packing.

    Stir before use.
