Field of application

Auxiliary for the liming process of all hides and skins.

 

Properties

  • reduces the lime swelling effect and dimishes the formation of wrinkles and drawn grain
  • the dosage of sodium sulfide and sodium sulfhydrate can be reduced
  • suits very well in hair save liming process
  • increases the yield in area and improves the quality
  • produces a clean and scud-free grain surface which advantages the manufacturing of aniline type leathers

       

      Application

      Ebrolin EH is added undiluted before the application of sodium sulfide. The dosage depends on the type of hides and the desired effect and can vary from 0.6 % to 1.5 %. The amount of sodium sulfide and sodium sulfhydrate can be reduced accordingly.

      In order to achieve best results we recommend the combination of enzymatic soaking (Purgazym WS) and swell regulated liming (Ebrolin EH).

      Remark

      Ebrolin EH is a technical product and variations in colour and viscosity can happen. The properties for application are not touched by this.

      Storage temperature

      Storage at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C.

      Shelf life

      Up to 12 months in the original sealed packing.
